My practice draws on a range of traditions — from shiatsu and craniosacral work to Californian, Thai and Indonesian massage — and every session is one-to-one, tailored to you on the day.

Training & experience

  1. 2019

    Began training toward a career in therapeutic massage, with studies in Ayurvedic medicine and acupuncture.

  2. 2021

    Trained at a Swiss massage school in shiatsu, acupressure, and craniosacral massage.

  3. 2023 – present

    In Barcelona: studied Californian massage, and currently studying Indonesian and Thai massage with Mireia Diaz of Jamu Rituals.

I'm always learning — deepening my training in Thai and Indonesian massage now — and building a settled, ongoing practice here.
